With our area and the country’s response to the outbreak of Covid-19, we have been hearing from a lot of clients wondering what, if anything, can be claimed for loss of business/business interruption. The word from our carriers is that if you feel that there is a claim to be made, you should go ahead and make it. The carriers will evaluate each claim and determine what/if there is coverage. We are hesitant to give blanket statements about what is, or isn’t covered, because each situation is different and things are changing frequently and quickly.
